We have just returned to Denmark from our 3-day visit to Prague .. full of great memories and a lot of warm feelings towards your wonderful city J
The main reason for this would be the three hours we spent with you – it was the absolute highlight of our trip!
Even if we only got to know you a little during the brief encounter .. we really appreciated you sharing your personal perspective of life during and post the Soviet era. You are such a happy, energetic and warm person – your positive energy will make you achieve things in life that most people don’t even know exists.
Our stories are quite similar: my dad grew up during the Soviet occupation of Hungary in a relatively poor family and made the big decision to leave his country in favour of a new life in Denmark. The hardship and challenging times that came with such decisions makes you a stronger and richer person in my view.
